FYI - This is good info to have... Did you know you can call the RJ and have the paper "held" for the days that there will be no inserts? If you haven't yet ordered papers and are thinking about it, CALL me by Monday, December 28th at high noon and your papers will begin on the BIG Jan 3rd day! I love double insert days!! It's like Christmas... oh wait...

Really for really you can "hold" the papers on a no coupon day - - - and actually extend the subscription length by one week if you elect to have a credit for that week instead of donating the paper to NIE? Have you actually done this?
ReplyDeleteYes ma'am! I have done it... In fact, look at the post about the RJ 101 and the little line right above the "Subscription will continue" line it reads something like "your subscription date has been extended due to vacation stops and credit days". I have to say though that sometimes it is still fun to 'dig' through the paper to find additional savings.

Do you know what zip codes get the RP and P&G? I live in the lone mountain area and I don't get either. I'm moving to Southern Highlands in a couple months, do you no if that area gets those inserts?
ReplyDeleteKaylee - I am sorry to say that I have no idea how they distribute. I live in GV area and I know that my neighborhood gets them, but I have friends that live a few blocks away that don't. Kind of hap-hazard I think. Try signing up for their mailers and see if you start getting them. Good Luck.
ReplyDeleteI was checking the 2010 insert schedule because my mom and I usally both get the red plum insert (we don't live near each other) but neither of us received it this week(5/9). Did this happen to anyone else that you know of?
