Review Journal 101

Delivery Issues?
Billing Issues?

Please call RJ Customer Service directly @ 383-0400

At my coupon class, I am able to offer the Review Journal at deep discounts for my fellow coupon-ers.  Why would we pay full price for anything...even our coupons!!  Since I am the one that you get your papers from, I often get questions about subscriptions and renewals, so I thought I would try and sum it all up for you....

What kind of subscription does Grocery Smarts offer?

At our classes, we sell subscriptions to "Sunday Only" delivery papers. To get this special offer, you have to have at least one subscription which we can also set up for you at our classes.  Plus, when you order at a class, you can earn up to $20 in free groceries for purchasing more than one paper. However, the Review Journal limits delivery to a maximum of 5 papers per residential address. You are set up for a 6 month subscription, so check for your renewal notices half way through the year.

When I order a paper from you, how long will it take to start?
It typically takes 2 Sundays for your delivery to begin.

Who do I call if my delivery is wrong?
I wish I could help with that, but the best way to get your delivery corrected is to call RJ Customer Service directly at 383-0400.  I am not able to call them on your behalf as they would not allow me access to your account for privacy purposes. By requesting delivery of any missing papers on Monday's route, you'll save the delivery person from being charged or fined. And let's be real... we want them to love us! PS - They are paid per paper they deliver, so they are paid very well to deliver multiple papers to one address!

When I renew will the rates be the same?
Yes! If you set up your papers with any Grocery Smarts Instructor, those rates should be the same when you renew. The RJ knows we are getting our multiple papers exclusively for the coupons, which means they know if they increase the rate... many (if not most) of us would cancel. However, it is IMPORTANT to know that if your original paper was "converted" to a daily subscription and you kept it, your renewal rate would reflect the current going rate for a daily paper delivery.  The BEST way I have found to renew is by going to www.lvrj.com and click on the little icon in the top right corner.

I don't understand my renewal notice, can you help?
There's a few things that are helpful to know when looking at your statement. First... because the first paper you ordered from us (or your existing non-GrocerySmarts subscription) is a different rate than the discounted "multiple" or additional papers, they are set up on 2 separate accounts. Both are set up in your name, at your street address... they just have different account numbers because they are set up with differing rates. So, when renewal time comes around, you should be watching for two separate statements if you are getting more than one paper delivered. Mistakenly, some Grocery Smarts subscribers only pay the first invoice they receive (ignoring the other one thinking they already paid it), then the other papers stop coming.

IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!! IMPORTANT!!
If you do not call to cancel your subscription, your papers will continue to be delivered!!  Note the small print on the renewal invoice: "Subscription will continue at your regular rate unless you call 702-383-0400 to cancel.  If you fail to pay for the papers you do receive, you will receive a bill of collection from the RJ.

If this happens, I cannot help you sort that out.  I can however, get you restarted if your account has lapsed for 30 days or more, you can call me (882-0172) and I'd be happy to get you set up again!

Is the cost of my subscriptions really worth it?
For me... absolutely! I spend $17.25 a month for my 5 newspapers (if I count my $20 free grocery card), and by using multiple coupons I save an average $500 to $600 per month!! So, yes, I would say it's worth it!!

I hope this helps!! Please feel free to call me if you have any additional questions!

Rolling Transactions!!

Can it be??  Albertson's is having another General Mills promo this week (it seems like this just happened a few weeks ago)!!  These are my favorite types of promos to practice my "rolling" transactions.  So, here's a little tutorial on how "rolling" transactions work:

***** * General Mills Promo: Save $5 on your NEXT shopping order when you spend $15 or more on participating General Mills products.*
Sale prices shown BEFORE/AFTER factoring in $5 coupon. Essentially a 33% discount. Use the first price to add up to $15.
**** Betty Crocker Cookie Pouches, 17.5 oz. 1.69/1.13 Betty Crocker Cookie Mix, any flavor 17.5 oz or larger, .40/1 DND DNT GroupA AND GroupB Print each twice $0.73
**** Betty Crocker Cookie Pouches, 17.5 oz. 1.69/1.13 Betty Crocker Cookie Mix, any 17.5oz or larger .40/1 (1/9/10) GeneralMills-11/15 $0.73

I will buy 9 cookie pouches for my first transaction (9 x $1.69 = $15.21).  I have 9 coupons because I printed 2 each from Group A and Group B and then I have my 5 General Mills inserts from 11/15.  So, my total to pay on this transaction will be $11.61 and I will get a $5 reward for my next purchase.

This next purchase will happen as soon as I slap that little plastic stick down on the belt.

***** Betty Crocker Specialty Potatoes, 4.6-6.6 oz. 1.00/.67 Betty Crocker Potatoes, any flavor box or pouch, excluding Potato Buds, .40/1 DND DNT GroupA AND GroupB Print each twice $0.27
***** Betty Crocker Specialty Potatoes, 4.6-6.6 oz. 1.00/.67 Betty Crocker Potatoes, any box or pouch (excludes Potatoes Buds) .35/1 (1/9/10) GeneralMills-11/15 $0.32
**** Gold Medal Flour, 4.25- 5 lb. bag 1.69/1.13
$1.13
***** Green Giant Vegetables in Sauce, 7-10 oz. Box frozen 1.00/0.67 Green Giant Frozen Boxed Vegetables, any two (2), .50/2 DND DNT (12-31-2009) GroupA-12/1 and GroupB-12/1 Print each twice $0.42 ea

I will buy 9 Specialty Potato boxes (9 x $1=$9), 2 bags of flour (2 x $1.69 = $3.38), and 4 boxes of GG Frozen Vegatables (4 x $1 = $4).  That puts my total at $16.38.  I will use my coupons for a savings of $4.35 AND my $5 coupon from the previous transaction.  So, my total out of pocket for this transaction will be... $7.03 AND I will earn another $5 coupon for my NEXT transaction!!

It is so important that before you go to the store, you know what items will be in each transaction and how many of each item you need to reach your $15 requirement.  This will make things go so smooth when you are ready to check out.  I even go as far as printing out separate transactions and keeping my shopping cart organized by those transactions.  Yes, I am a GEEK!

(Note: your last transaction should be the meats and produce you plan to buy for the week, or things NOT included in this promotion. Use that last $5 to pay for these items and save even more on your everyday items)

Pretty simple right!!  I can't wait to hear how much you saved this week rolling transactions!!  Leave a comment or email me a picture and I will add you to my Grocery Gallery!  Have fun and Happy Saving!

Changing of the Guards

If you have been around the Grocery Smarts world for a while now, no doubt you know or have read posts from Colette, author of the Shop Smart in Vegas blog. Did you know that she has been serving as the Manager of Grocery Smarts for Southern Nevada for the past year and a half? Did you know that without her expertise and ingenious ways, we would not be enjoying the benefits of this amazing company? She was the driving force that brought GS to our area, and we all owe her more than she will ever know!

Please take a moment, go to her blog, and leave a comment letting her know how much you appreciate all she has done and how much she will be missed!

As we all know, life happens and our circumstances change - hopefully for the better. It seems to have happened like that for both me and Colette. As she prepares her family for their next phase in life, I have been blessed with the opportunity to step in her shoes. They are big shoes to fill I am very well aware, but I am thrilled for this new opportunity. This new position means a great deal to me and my family, and while I feel quite a bit less "with it" than Colette, I am learning a ton from her and am excited to take the ball and run with it!

One new thing that is coming down the pipe is a new hostess incentive program!! By hosting a class, you can potentially make more than the original $20 gift card incentive. Call me or email me for more information and to get your class on my calendar! Despite what you may think, the holidays are a PERFECT time to host a class because at your class, I will teach your family and friends how to SAVE money. What a great way to either end or start the new year. If you have hosted a class in the past - why not do another one?! I'm sure you have a handful of friends who missed it the first time around.

I will have an extra special bonus gift for the first 5 classes that are booked that mention this post!!

Tis the Season

I just love this time of year! I love the cool weather, and I love that my kids tend to be a little better behaved ;-). I also love that for a full month, we get to focus on the reason we celebrate this miraculous season! My friend Colette has done an amazing blog to help countdown the days until Christmas. It is beautiful and there will be a post every day with a special message to help remind us of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. I opened it a little while ago to check it out, and am hooked on the beautiful music she put on there as well. So, thank you Colette for such a beautiful advent calendar! And I hope you all enjoy it as we begin this Christmas season.

A Shadow Canyon Christmas

The picture above is my children after our little miracle baby arrived 4 years ago. I keep this picture in my hallway all year long as my sweet little reminder of the miracles He performs in our lives daily. Happy Holidays!!

No Inserts this week

Sorry, there will be no coupon inserts in the paper this week. It's terribly sad, I know. But that's just what happens on holiday weekends.

If you ordered papers from me that were supposed to begin on November 29th, you will NOT be receiving papers this weekend. I didn't think you'd appreciate starting on a week without any coupons. So, rest assured, your papers will begin on December 6th!

*NEW* Hostess Incentives!!

Have you been thinking about hosting a Grocery Smarts class in your home? Do you know of a few friends who could benefit from learning how to save a few hundred dollars a month?

Grocery Smarts JUST updated the hostess incentive program and I could not be more excited for you ladies!!! Call or email me soon to book your date. I don't have too open spaces left before the holidays & what better time to learn how to SAVE money!!

I can't wait to hear from you!!

I 'Heart' Kohls!

If you have signed up for the "Screaming Penny" newsletter from Pinching Your Pennies, you saw that Kohl's was again having their famous 'Spend $50 get $10 in Kohl's cash' event. They did this a few weeks ago as well and I took FULL advantage!

On our first trip we got the kids some much needed jeans and long-sleeved shirts (things I had to buy anyway). Well, I got busy and almost forgot to use my $20 in Kohls cash!! My hubby didn't get home from work until 9:30 on the night it expired...I was worried...I thought they closed at 10pm. I booked it out of the house so fast thinking I would just pick up a free shirt really quick. Boy was I surprised that they were open until 11!! So I took some extra minutes to peruse the clearance rack in the maternity section. Then I hear the announcement that all clearance items were an ADDITIONAL 20% off that day!!! That's when I turned on the burners, got my serious shopping hat on, and went to town!!

Final tally: 3 maternity shirts, 1 pair of fatty mama pants, 3 pairs of shoes, 2 pairs of kid jeans, 2 baby t-shirts, 1 complete jumpsuit for my big girl! I used my $20 Kohl's cash, and a $25 gift card I earned by using MyPoints.com (leave a comment if you would like me to send you an invite to this site).

I spent $42.04 out of my checking account
I SAVED $356.95!!!
You know I do well at the grocery store, but this was RIDICULOUS!!

Just goes to show once you get the 'couponing' mentality, it will transcend into all aspects of your life! Sorry for the long drawn out story, but wasn't it worth it!!!!

Take a Minute!

At my classes I teach you how to organize your coupons in just 5 minutes each week!! Sometimes however, it pays to take a few extra minutes and really look through the paper. You never know what kind of goodies you can find. Here are a few I dug up this week!

First, did you grab the Pillsbury insert?? It's pretty small and hard to miss if you're not careful. There are $12 worth of coupons in each one so for my 5 papers, that equals $60! Not bad since I only paid $4.75 for my 5 papers!

Next, I always grab all my JoAnns and Michaels ads (did you know that they accept each other's 40% off coupons? One of each per transaction)
I always flip through the Parade and USA Weekend. Sometimes there are a few random coupons in there too. This week I scooped up about $50 worth of deals.
Every so often we get extra copies of the grocery ads. I'm sure they came this week due to the upcoming holiday. At any rate, that just means more store coupons I can stack with manufacturers coupons (except at Fresh and Easy)!
*See next post for CVS finds this week*
Toys R Us had a coupon for earning a $10 gift card when you spent $75. With Christmas coming up, I figured I could get a few more gifts for the kids.
Find some great stocking stuffers using a 20% off per item at Ulta.

Not a bad deal for a few extra minutes of work! Happy Savings!!

The Gift of Lights will run from November 13th through January 3rd.
Sunday through Thursday it will run from 5pm to 9pm and admission is $13 per car.On Fridays, Saturdays, and Holidays, it will be open from 5pm to 10pm and admission is $15 per car.Goodwill will be there and you can receive a $2 discount for donating a bag of gently used clothing. Also, the Boy Scouts and other youth groups will be there to sell hot cocoa and apple cider (usually $1 a cup), so you may want to plan accordingly.

I Love Sundays!

I love Sundays for several reasons.... #1 - it's our family day #2 - it's coupon day!!!
This is my favorite thing to see first thing Sunday morning. I eat breakfast and search for my coupons (or CASH as I like to think of them), and look for any other great deals that pop out at me. So, this week, I spotted an additional page of store coupons for Albertsons including:

Kraft Singles for .99
Doritos for 1.49
Knudsen Sour Cream for .99
Aquarius Spring water-24 pack - 2.49
Quilted Northern or Brawny - 4.99
Baby Carrots-1 lb - .49!
AND AND AND
3 coupons to MATCH the amount of one manufacturer coupon!!! Times that by the 5 papers and could be at least a $15 savings if I use all of them on $1 off coupons!!!

In the SmartSource alone this week, are savings of $69.70! I quickly looked at the coupons I would really use and it is still a savings of $32.80. BUT, remember I have 5 sets so that's $164!!!

Not bad for spending less than $5 for my weeks worth of papers!!!
Call me if you are ready to get yours too and start saving BIG!!

Back to School, Back to Savings!

As you can probably see, I haven't been posting for a while. For that I apologize to my loyal readers, but don't apologize for my reason. We had a fun-filled last few weeks of summer & I took advantage of that precious time with my hubby and kiddos.

Well, school's back in, and things are settling down to "normal" (if that is at all possible). So, it's back to the grindstone and back to saving BIG TIME at the grocery store!!

If you would like to book a class, or need a re-fresher course, leave me a comment or email me your information and I can put you on my calendar. There is a great promotion going on at Smith's right now and there is no fancy couponing involved. If you are a first-timer or just need a little confidence boost using this system, you can't miss these deals!! Let me know how you do! Good luck!!

CVS Preview...

I'm so sorry for the lack of posts lately. I think summer has taken over my life for the time being. Time to get back on the horse...

Here is the CVS PREVIEW list, so you can get everything ready to hit the store running this week. Did you know that this sale is actually activated on Saturday night?? You may see me at CVS picking up a few lunch boxes for my kids since this last week I can earn $3 ECBs on each and this week they are 25% off. Could be a great steal...

Also, there are LOTS of school supplies at deep discounts AND ECBs. If you haven't started accumulating any ECBs, this may be just the time to start.

(As soon as the sale officially starts on Sunday, the CVS list will be up on the GrocerySmarts website)

Spicy Beef & Broccoli Stir-Fry

Ingredients:
1/4 cup reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
2 tbsp vegetable oil, divided
1-1/4 lb boneless beef top sirloin steak, trimmed
3 cups broccoli florets
1 medium onion
1 medium red bell pepper
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1 tsp finely chopped, peeled fresh gingerroot
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup beef broth

Directions:
1. In large bowl, combine soy sauce, cornstarch and 1 tbsp (15 mL) of the oil. Cut steak into 1/4-inch-thick (6-mm) strips. Add steak to marinade; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate 15 minutes. Meanwhile, using (5-in./13-cm.) Santoku Knife, cut broccoli into small florets, onion into thin wedges and bell pepper into thin strips. Set vegetables aside.

2. Add 1 tsp (5 mL) of the oil to Stir-Fry Skillet; heat over medium-high heat until shimmering. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Add half each of the steak, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes to Skillet. Stir-fry 1-2 minutes or until outside surface of steak is no longer pink. Remove from Skillet; keep warm. Repeat with 1 tsp (5 mL) of the oil and remaining steak, garlic, ginger and pepper flakes. Remove from Skillet.

3. Heat remaining oil in same Skillet until shimmering. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender. Return steak to Skillet; add broth. Bring to a boil. Boil 1 minute, stirring gently.

Get MORE Coupons

I love teaching these fantastic coupon classes!! Probably one of my favorite parts is when I show everyone how easy it is to organize your coupons. I love it when I see all your faces drop at how InSAneLy simple it is!!

A very inquisitive party-goer at one of my classes last week noticed that I had multiple RedPlums and Proctor & Gamble coupons in my little coupon binder. She then of course, asked how I got those lovely little treats. I debated on whether or not to share this tidbit of info since it is one of my tricks I teach at my Advanced Class. Well, that debate is now over... and I am spilling a little Advanced secret... are you ready??

Coupons by Dede.com

This is my favorite little coupon spot to scoop up extra inserts. There is a link on the left sidebar (if you click through my blog I get a little extra $ so help a girl out would ya). You will notice that it is still cheaper to get your SmartSource coupons from the Review Journal through your GrocerySmarts DEEP discounted price. So, defiantly call me to get your papers, but if you are looking to boost you saving potential, get your multiple RPs and P&Gs from Dede.

Grilled Tilapia with Pineapple Salsa

(from The Pampered Chef 29 Minutes to Dinner Cookbook)
Taco seasoning gives a flavor boost with minimum effort. As the tilapia cooks, you can prepare the flavorful salsa.

Pineapple Salsa
1/2 medium pineapple
1/4 small red onion
1 serrano pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh cilantro
1/8 tsp salt
1 lime
Tilapia
1 packet taco seasoning (1.25 oz)
3 Tbsp Garlic Oil or olive oil
4 boneless skinless tilapia fillets (about 4 oz each)

1. Heat Grill Pan over medium heat 5 minutes. As pan heats, using Santuko Knife, peel pineapple half; cut lengthwise into two pieces and remove core. (You can also use the pineapple wedger to get your pineapple halves and remove the core at the same time.) Slice each pineapple piece lengthwise into three strips. Arrange strips in a single layer over Grill Pan; cook 2-3 minutes on each side or until grill marks appear. Set aside on Cutting Board.

2. While pineapple cooks, chop onion. Cut serano pepper lengthwise in half; remove and discard seeds. Chop serrano pepper and cilantri. Combine onion, serrano peppers, cilantro and salt in Small Batter Bowl. Zest lime using Microplane Adjustable Grater to measure 1 tsp zest. Juice lime to measure 1 Tbsp juice. Add zest and juice to batter bowl; mix well.

3. Whisk taco seasoning and oil in Stainless Mixing Bowl. Add tilapia to coat. Place two tilapia fillets onto Grill Pan. Cook 2 minutes or until grill marks appear. Turn tilapia over using Jumbo Slotted Turner; cook 2 minutes or until tilapia flakes easily with a fork. Remove tilapia from pan. Wipe out pan and repeat with remaining fillets.

4. As tilapia cooks, chop pineapple and add to onion mixture in batter bowl; mix well. To serve, top tilapia with pineapple salsa.

Are you still looking for fireworks tonight?? Check out my Summer Blog for details on all the FREE shows tonight. Enjoy!!

Happy 4th!

Happy 4th of July everyone!!

I hope you all have fun plans with family and friends and remember to be safe. We are heading off to our BBQ party, but I wanted to drop a little reminder that you can take a break from coupon crazy tomorrow as there will be no inserts in this Sunday's papers. It happens every so often over major holiday weekends.

If you ordered a subscription from me and you receipt says it is supposed to start this weekend, you will NOT be getting a paper. We went ahead and held it so you wouldn't start out on a bum week.

So, if you are still getting your last minute items for your festivities tonight, don't forget to check the Grocery Smarts lists. Just because it's last minute doesn't mean you shouldn't save a few bucks.

Advanced Class FAQ

I have had lots of people ask me about my Advanced Class and how they get an invite. So, here's the dish...

*When you host a Coupon Class for your family and friends, and have at least 12 "new" (meaning they haven't been to a class before) moms there, you are awarded an invite for you AND a friend.

*At the class, I teach how to shop and SAVE TONS at stores like Walgreens, CVS, and Target

*I will also show you how to get your hands on MORE coupons

*You will receive a list of my favorite money-saving blogs/websites

*After the class, I will send you a priceless worksheet to help you "work out" those tricky CVS & Walgreens transactions

SUMMER "SALE": If you host a class before the end of August, and have only 8 new moms attend, you will receive your invite! I must be crazy!!

But wait....there's more.... (this is where my cheezy salesman pitch comes in)

Leave me a comment about how badly you want to learn my Advanced Techniques, and I will choose 2, yes 2, winners to receive this invite! WHOO HOO - I am telling you this heat must be messing with my head.

Health Warning: It is possible to suffer from coupon-overload if you attend this clas without coming to my Coupon Class first. So, send me an email and I will tell you when and where my next classes will be and you can pop on by and take that first step...

OK - Let the games begin!

SCORE!!

A while ago I signed up for Upromise.com, figuring I could save a little while I am spending...why not, right? Well, I got the cooooolest email from them today and SCORED some great gift certificates at Restaurant.com. If you don't already know about this site, you should give it a look-see. You order gift certificates to restaurants in town for a discounted rate (ex. get a $25 gift cert for $10). A big help for date nights!

So, just now I ordered $280 worth of gift certificates for..... $22!!! I don't even want to figure out the % on that because I am sure I will faint!

The best part?? I can't keep my big mouth shut and am giving you my discount code!!! Try it now! Click on this link and order your gift certificates. When you are ready to check out, enter code DISH for your 80% savings! Let me know how it works for ya!

(sheesh that's the most ! ! ! I think I have ever put in a post)

Extra Coupons

Every now and again, I will take a few extra minutes and really peruse my Sunday paper. It really paid off this morning! I found some great coupons in the USA Weekend, and the Parade magazines. Here is a quick list of what I found:

Cottonelle Toilet Paper, 12 pack $1/1 (12/31/09)
Del MoneFruits, Vegetables, Tomatoes or Fruit Cup Snacks. Buy 6 get 1 FREE (8/15/09)
Scott Extra Soft bath tissue, 12 pack $1/1 (8/31/09)
Scott paper towel, 6 pack or larger $1/1 (8/31/09)
Sott Naturals Moist wipes .50/1 (8/31/09)
Kraft Easy Mac, 2.05 oz, Buy 1 get 1 FREE (8/31/09)
Prilosec OTC $2/1 (7/31/09) *This one was in each magazine*

So for a few extra minutes, I can now add an additional $52 in savings for the week. In reality, I will not use the Prilosec coupons, so for me, it is actually only a $42 savings. Not bad though, since I only pay $4.75 a week for my 5 Sunday papers!!

Call me if you are ready to get your discounted papers too!

Filing your Inserts

You know you're a Grocery Geek when: you color coordinate your coupons!

Have you been a Grocery Smarts shopper for a while now? Is your coupon binder bulging to the point of near catastrophe? If you are just starting out, this is what you have to look forward to in the future.

After about 4 months of collecting my inserts, I was desperate to ge out of my binder. So, I did some dejunking of my file cabinet and made room for my "money". You all know I am a big dork, so not only did I group the inserts together, I color coordinated each one! SmartSources are blue, RedPlums - yep red, and P&G is yellow in the back. You probably don't need to get that nuts about it, but I wanted to show how easy it is to transition from your first binder into some serious coupon filing.

Have fun!!

(sorry for the fuzzy pictures, our real camera took a turn for the worse at 2nd grade graduation when it met the floor a little too hard. I love boys - waiting for a replacement - the camera not the boy)

Booking a Class

The SINGLE BEST WAY to learn how to SHOP SMART and SAVE BIG is at one of my coupon classes! Below are all the details you'll need to know...

Basically, at a class I teach the basic concept of couponing, how to stay organized in less than 5 minutes a week (really, I promise), how to use the Grocery Smarts website and how by following a few super simple rules you'll be able to cut your grocery bill in half and start SAVING HUNDREDS immediately!

I teach the class in your home with your family and friends, but also teach church or women's groups as well.*  Then, so you can start getting the coupons you'll need, I also offer supreme discounts and incentives on the Sunday Only paper (as little as $0.75 per Sunday paper... Crazy, I know)!

CLASS INCENTIVES FOR IN-HOME CLASSES
  • Have 6 friends who have not been to a class and earn a 'deluxe filing tote'
  • Have 8 friends over and get the tote, and a $10 gift card to our favorite grocery store
  • Have more than 10 people over who have not been to a class and earn the tote, a $20 gift card, and after your class, you will get our advanced tips and tricks to take your savings to a whole new level!

*I'm happy to teach classes for church groups at a church, but the above incentives do not apply.

RJ Tip

I love what I do!! I just love to meet new people and teach them how to SAVE MONEY!!

Last night I had a class and there were 2 ladies there who actually deliver the Review Journal. I brought up how nice it is that if you ever have a problem with your delivery you can just call customer service (383-0400) and someone will bring you your missing papers. I promised I would pass this along, so here is a BIG tip to give your delivery person a little break:

When you call with a delivery problem, please request that they just bring the missing paper on the Monday route. The delivery person is charged for that extra Sunday delivery. That fee is actually the amount of money they make on a whole month's worth of deliveries to your house! I don't know about you, but I LOVE my pile of Sunday papers on my doorstep each week, and anything I can do to help keep my delivery person happy.... I am ALL for it!
